		<description>Someone sent me the BusinessWeek article, &lt;a&gt;Web Attacks&lt;/a&gt; earlier today and it brought to mind your post.  The question the article raises has to do with when a response is warranted and what form the response should take.  I agree with the points you make Melvin that transparency ultimately leads to accountability which is something everyone should bear in mind and strive for.
